Meet Alberta's aquatic invasive species K-9 detection team and see them in action as they sniff out threats to our province’s waterbodies and ecosystems. Then put you own skills to the test as you hunt for hidden invasive mussels.
Fishing doesn't have to be a fair-weather sport. You can fish year-round in Alberta. Check out the equipment you need to head out ice fishing this winter and learn the basics of ice safety. Explore an ice-fishing tent and put your fish identification skills to the test through a magnetic fishing game.

Meet the hard working fish technicians of the Sam Livingston Fish Hatchery to learn how they raise over 1 million fish annually and the important role the facility plays in sport fishing by stocking over 200 lakes and ponds across Alberta.
