When can I book a party?
- Available year-round on Fridays and Saturdays.
- Choose from two timeslots:
- Morning: 9:30 AM arrival and set-up; party room vacated by 12:00 PM
- Afternoon: 1:00 PM arrival and set-up; party room vacated by 3:30 PM
Booking three months in advance is recommended, as spots fill quickly.

- Admission for up to 30 guests to the Discovery Centre and Aquariums
- A private party room
- A fun trout feeding experience in the Fish Hatchery
- A special memento gift for the big trout of the day
- Fish scale tablecloths for the party room
What to bring
- Your own food or catering (note: no kitchen facilities are available)
- Decorations (must not attach to ceilings or damage walls)
- Adult supervisors at a ratio of 1:6 (one adult per six children)

We maintain a strict 30-person limit to ensure a fun and safe experience for all.
We ask that party hosts to arrive at their scheduled start time to allow for proper room setup.
Most decorations are welcome! However, they must not attach to ceilings or damage walls. Piñatas are not permitted.
No, kitchen appliances are unavailable. We recommend bringing food that doesn’t require refrigeration or heating. Organizers are responsible for providing all necessary items for the celebration.
Yes! Shared celebrations are welcome. An additional fee will apply to cover a second birthday gift.
Absolutely! Just notify our team when you arrive so we can direct deliveries to your party room.
All third-party contractors must be pre-approved by Bow Habitat Station to ensure they meet our facility guidelines and safety standards. Please contact us in advance to begin the approval process.
Your group will have access to the party room for 2.5 hours.
Guests can explore throughout the entire party room booking. Youth ages 12 and under must be accompanied by an active adult supervisor at all times
No. Activities are scheduled carefully to ensure a smooth experience for all parties.
Free parking is available in the Pearce Estate parking lot. Guests should arrive early enough
to find parking.
