School Programs Request Form

Thank you for your interest in booking a field trip to Bow Habitat Station! Please complete the form below to submit your request.

Requests received between August 17 and September 1, 2026 will automatically be entered into the Booking Request Lottery. To ensure a fair process, requests will be randomly selected beginning September 2 and processed in the order they are drawn. All applicants will receive a response by early October.

Requests received after September 1 will automatically be added to the end of the queue and responded to in the order they are received starting October 1.

Submission does not automatically book or guarantee your school a booking in the 2026-2027 school calendar year. Our team will review your submission and contact you to confirm availability and finalize details.

We are typically able to accommodate a maximum of two classes per day. To assist with scheduling, please provide at least three preferred dates for your visit.

Note: Fridays are for half-day programs only. Bow Habitat Station is closed Mondays.
