Located within the City of Calgary's Pearce Estate Park, our Interpretive Wetlands boast 15-hectares of natural trails to wander. Keep your eyes peeled for a variety of urban wildlife that make their homes in the park throughout the different seasons!

Join us for Bug Soup all Summer

Have you ever wondered why so many wild creatures seem to love marshes? The secret lies in all of the delicious nutritious bugs lurking in the murk!

Come dip into this nutrient-rich water and discover all the interesting and tasty creepy crawlies that call wetland waters home. We provide the science gear; you bring the scientific enthusiasm!

Dates: Tuesdays through Saturdays July 3 through September 2, 2023.

Times: 10:30 AM (program runs approx. 45 mins).

Fee: $5 per person +taxes. Tickets available at Bow Habitat Station.

Who: All ages are welcome. Recommended for ages 5 to 12. Youth under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a paid adult.
